About Lori

“It is by going down to the abyss that we recover the treasures of life. Where you stumble, there lies your treasure.” —Joseph Campbell

The heart of my work lies in helping people develop insight about themselves and the challenges they face by strengthening awareness in their bodies. From this visceral vantage point, we are able to “see” ourselves clearly, become more trusting of our internal experience; and make decisions that reflect who we really are.

As an Equus Coach, I partner with horses to create a safe and open environment where clients gain a deeper understanding of how their thoughts and emotions affect the energy they bring to their relationships, careers, and other life situations. In the round pen, they discover which behaviors do and do not serve them, which open doors to playful exploration, and what it means to live from a place of true leadership and authenticity.
